Our people

ICIAIW is guided by a board of directors who bring lived experience, creative leadership and a commitment to public benefit.

We believe governance should feel human — grounded in care, accountability and community. Our board supports the organisation to grow responsibly, deliver ethically, and keep impact at the centre of everything we do.

ICIAIW is a Community Interest Company (CIC) by guarantee. Our directors oversee strategy, safeguarding, partnerships, finance and delivery quality, ensuring the organisation remains transparent, inclusive and community-led.
